Jalandhar April 24 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The PG Department of Commerce and Management of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar conducted a Felicitation Ceremony of the Commerce Club for the session 2025-26
The ceremony was organized to honour and recognize the outstanding achievements of the students and celebrate their remarkable accomplishments and acknowledging their hard work and dedication.
Dr. Pooja Prashar, Principal, graced the occasion and presented trophies and certificates to the students for their hard work and year-round contribution to the department.
A total of 64 trophies and certificates were given to the achievers and winners comprising – 49 Office Bearers & Executive Members of Commerce Club and 15 achievers of various Competitions like – Theme-Based Poster Making on “World Tourism Day” and Power Point Presentation on Viksit Bharat: India 2047 on UG & PG Level.
Such events demonstrate the department’s consistent excellence and dedication to success and growth of students.
President Shri Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, other members of the managing committee and Principal encouraged the students to always remember the values that the college has instilled in them, which will help them fetch a life embellished with success. Exhorting the students to continue with their pursuit of excellence, Head of Department, Mrs. Alka Sharma, congratulated the members of the Commerce Club. Overall, the ceremony was an enjoyable and motivating experience for the students.
