Jalandhar February 28 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Hindi Sahitya of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organised a ‘Hindi Shabd Chunauti’ (Hindi Word Challenge) Competition. The objective of the competition was to enhance students’ vocabulary, pronunciation accuracy, and quick thinking ability. Approximately 18 students from B.A. and B.Ed. classes enthusiastically participated in the event.
The competition was conducted orally, wherein students were required to speak the maximum number of words related to the given topics within a stipulated time. The participants showcased their talent with confidence and enthusiasm. The classroom witnessed an energetic and competitive atmosphere throughout the event. Through this activity, students developed their language proficiency, memory power, and confidence in public speaking.
In the end, the participation of all students was appreciated. The competition proved to be highly successful and enriching.
President Shri Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, the other honourable members of the Managing Committee, and the worthy Principal Dr. Pooja Prashar lauded the efforts of Dr. Neena Mittal and Ms. Divakshi for successfully organising the event.
