Jalandhar February 26 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The Guru Nanak Study Centre of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organized a “Sakhi Ucharan” Competition to acquaint students with the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji related to social reform, welfare of humanity, and moral values. The event aimed to inspire students to imbibe the principles and ethical ideals propagated by Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
The students participated in the competition with great devotion and enthusiasm. In the competition, Ramandeep Kaur (B.A. B.Ed. Semester II) secured the First Position. Divya and Sapna (B.A. Semester II) bagged the Second Position. Kashish and Aastha Sharma (B.Sc. Semester IV) secured the Third Position. Khushi and Tina (B.A. B.Ed. Semester II) won the Consolation Prize.
President Shri Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, the other esteemed members of the Managing Committee, and the worthy Principal Prof. (Dr.) Pooja Prashar motivated the students to follow the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji in their lives and encouraged them to work for the betterment of society. They also appreciated the efforts of the Guru Nanak Study Centre for organizing such meaningful activities and lauded the enthusiastic participation of the students.
