LKCTC organised guest lecture on “Medicine use and misuse” and “Health Awareness”

Jalandhar April 12 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- School of Pharmacy at Lyallpur Khalsa College Technical Campus held a seminar focused on “Medicine Use and Misuse” and “Health Awareness.” Dr. Gurkiran, a doctor at an NHS hospital in Jalandhar and Ms. Jenifer Gill, a distinguished health professional from NHS hospital in Jalandhar, served as the keynote speakers for the event.

Dr. Gurkiran shared his profound expertise on medicines, covering various aspects such as proper usage, misuse, side effects, adverse effects, and pharmacological actions. With her extensive expertise in health, diet, and nutrition, Ms. Jenifer Gill delivered an insightful presentation, enlightening students about the importance of balanced diets and their numerous benefits. She comprehensively covered various aspects of health awareness, leaving the audience enriched with valuable knowledge. The session provided attendees with comprehensive insights into the subject matter, enriching their understanding about the various fields.

The seminar concluded with a vote of thanks, where esteemed dignitaries such as S. Sukhbir Singh Chatha (Director, Academic Affairs, KCL Group of Institutes), Dr. R.S.
