Students make splendid posters to highlight the significance of the day
Jalandhar April 12 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) known for its continuous efforts to provide excellent education in various aspects to its students, aims to expand their knowledge and educational horizon, while also blending tradition and modernity seamlessly. In line with this, the Sociology Department of the college organised a poster-making competition to celebrate the Baisakhi festival. Students enthusiastically participated, showcasing the significance and essence of Baisakhi through vibrant and colourful posters.
The creativity displayed by students like Chikirsha Sharma, Harleen, Palak, Rajveer, Shagun, Vishakha, and others was greatly appreciated by all. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi extended congratulations to everyone on the occasion of Baisakhi, emphasising how such festivals provide an excellent opportunity for everyone to come together and share joy while contributing enthusiastically to social development in their daily lives. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Ms. Geetika, Head, Sociology Department for the successful organisation of the event.
