Throwing more light on it, Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that KMV is offering upto 70 percent skill component in every program, complemented by an upgraded syllabus and extensive industrial trainings and internships. Recognising the evolving demands of the professional world, KMV has taken a proactive approach to bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical application.

KMV is also the pioneer college in the region to commence new age multidisciplinary programs which are most contemporary and job enabling & has taken the lead in introducing skill development subjects in BA namely Visual Communication, Tourism, Office Management, Nutrition & Wellness and Retail Management. Prof. Dwivedi further adumbrated that the educational reforms that have been already implemented at KMV are in sync with the New Education Policy as much focus is given on skill based education at KMV as skill development programs are the need of the hour and help the students tread path of self reliance and empowerment.

It is pertinent to mention that the college is currently running eight skill development B. Voc. courses in Animation, Retail Management, Management & Secretarial Practices, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Hospitality & Tourism, Nutrition, Exercise & Health, Textile Design & Apparel Technology and Beauty and Wellness and-three M. Voc. courses in Animation & VFX, Retail Management and Textile Design & Apparel Technology under its umbrella.
