More than 300 students from 21 schools participate in this mega event
Jalandhar November 12 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School organized KMV CHARISMA 2024, an Inter-School Competition for the students to showcase their hidden potential in the most creative ways. On the occasion more than 300 students from 21 different schools participated in various events such as Solo Singing, Group Dance, Choreography, Solo Dance, Sudoku- The Mind Game, Rangoli, Poster Making, Nail Designing, Budding Scientists, Costume Parade, Salad Making, Mimicry and Calligraphy with great zeal and enthusiasm.
Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi welcomed all the eminent guests and students. She felicitated the the Presiding Dignitary Mr. Rajiv Joshi (Deputy District Education Officer, Jalandhar), Chief Guest Dr. Sushma Chopra (Secretary, KMV Managing Committee), Dr. Sushma Chawla ( Vice-President, KMV Managing Committee), Dr. Satpal Gupta (Member, KMV Managing Committee), Smt. Sushila Bhagat (Member, KMV Managing Committee), Mrs. Neeru Kapoor (Member, KMV Managing Committee), Mr. Dhruv Mittal (Treasurer, KMV Managing Committee), Mrs. Shiv Mittal (Member, KMV Managing Committee), Ms. Ramandeep (Vice Principal, Shiv Jyoti Public School), Ms. Harleen Walia (Principal, Shiv Devi Public School), Ms. Vandana Sharma (Principal, Devraj Girls Sen. Sec. School), Mrs. Neeraj Kumari Sandhu (Principal, Sarup Public School), Mr. Saurabh (Vice Principal, NC Public School).
KMV always keeps on organizing such kind of activities from time to time
During her address, she averred that such type of competitions play a pivotal role in inspiring the students to explore the new dimensions of their personalities and also to bring out the hidden talent out of them. Motivating the students, she applauded their creativity and encouraged them to do so in future as challenges always give opportunities to grow in life. Mr. Rajiv Joshi during the occasion said that it these kind of competitions instils confidence in the students and KMV always keeps on organizing such kind of activities from time to time in order to harness the creative potential of the students.
Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Mrs. Veena Deepak (Co-ordinator KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School), Mrs. Anand Prabha (Incharge, KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School) and her team for organizing such a mega event. She also expressed her gratitude to Dr. Madhumeet (Dean Student Welfare, Head PG Department of English) for this incredible venture. The overall trophy was won by Swami Sant Dass Public School and the The First Runner-up trophy was bagged by KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School but being the host institution it gave the trophy to Lala Jagat Narayan DAV Model School& the Second Runner-up was DAV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School.
