Jalandhar August 17 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- A proud moment for Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar, as Dr. Micky Verma, Head of the Department of Indian Classical Dance, receives a District Administration honour for her outstanding contribution to the field of Kathak. The college community has consistently earned recognition through the achievements of its students and the valuable contributions of its faculty members across diverse fields.

Dr. Verma received the honour on the auspicious occasion of Independence Day from the hands of Hon’ble Punjab Cabinet Minister Shri Mohinder Bhagat.

Congratulating her on this remarkable achievement, Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra said that Dr. Verma has consistently worked with dedication and commitment. She expressed the hope that she would continue to strive for greater excellence and earn further recognition at the national level in the field of Kathak.
