Jalandhar March 7 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Premier educational institution Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar holds a unique place in the field of academics, sports and cultural activities. College organizes special lectures from time to time for the all-round development of the students so that the students can face the challenges of the future with greater efficiency. Under this series, the department of Physiotherapy organized a special lecture on the topic Opportunities and Challenges in Clinical Practice of Physiotherapy.
Dr. Jaspreet Singh Vij was the resource person from Baba Farid University. The college Principal Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu, Head of Department of Physiotherapy Dr. Raju Sharma and all the teachers of the department presented bouquets of flowers to the speaker. Principal Dr. Sandhu, in his opening remarks, said that students should take advantage of such special opportunities and update themselves with new developments in their field. He added that these lectures provide special guidance. He also thanked Dr. Jaspreet Singh Vij and felt proud to tell that Dr. Vij is a first batch student of the department of Physiotherapy of Lyallpur Khalsa College.
After this, the main speaker Dr. Jaspreet Vij shared information about what things physiotherapy students should keep in mind during clinical practice and what prerequisites are required. This stage was conducted by BPT Third year students Avreen and Avleen. In the end, the Head of the Department Dr. Raju Sharma thanked the resource person for coming and thanked the Principal, teachers and students. On this occasion, Prof. Jaswant Kaur, Prof. Priyank Shardha, Prof. Alisha, Prof. Vishali and Prof. Anjali Ojha were also present.
