Jalandhar January 23 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- School of hotel management, Lyallpur Khalsa College Technical Campus organised Bakers Choice workshop for enhancing the skills of the students. Dishes for the Baker’s Day (American cuisine – Wine infused nutty cake) (Maxican, Italian, Napoleon cuisine – 48″ Pizza) (French cuisine – Puffy Twisty) (Iran cuisine – Lavash).
The day started with the welcoming of the dignitaries and Bakery Chef Gunreet Kaur. HOD-HM Mr. Arashdeep Singh shared, it’s not about just a workshop for learning indeed it’s the willingness of our students to learn and shine in future.
