KMVites perform brilliantly at 14th Federation Cup National Softball Women’s Championship

Jalandhar January 28 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) students have been making the institution proud by continuously achieving important positions with their hard work in various fields. In this series K.M.V. players namely Khushdeep Kaur and Navdeep Kaur brought glory to the institution by winning the silver medal in the 14th Federation Cup National Softball Women’s Championship. During this championship held in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, players won everyone’s hearts by showing proof of their dedication and determination towards the game.

It is noteworthy that even before this, Khushdeep Kaur has received many honours, including Gold Medal in the 45th Senior Softball National Championship held in Jammu and Kashmir, Silver Medal in the 13th Federation Cup National Softball Championship held in Goa & Bronze Medal in the 39th Punjab Softball Junior National. Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the players& averred that players at KMV are provided many facilities which include free education, hostel, mess & transport facilities.

They avail a lot from state of the art infrastructure comprising Gymnasium, Health Club, Swimming Pool and sprawling play grounds. All these exceptional facilities elicit such excellent outcomes. She also adumbrated that KMV will continue to provide these facilities to the students who continue to prove their mettle in sports arena. Madam Principal also lauded the efforts of Dr Davinder, Ms Manpreet & Mr Phillip Chohan, Coach for this brilliant achievement.
