Jalandhar January 27 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The School of Hotel Management, Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, Loharan, hosted an enriching “Hospitality Expert Talk 2.0” featuring Mr. Vishal Sharma, an MHMCT graduate certified in Wine Studies. Addressing the students on “WINES & THEIR PRODUCTION,” Mr. Sharma shared detailed insights into global wine varieties and production techniques. The session, a valuable addition to the curriculum, provided students with expert knowledge and enhanced their understanding of wines. The interactive talk not only enriched their academic experience but also offered a unique perspective from a seasoned professional.
In an insightful visit, the students from the Management Department, including BBA, BCOM, and MBA, had the opportunity to explore the operations of Markfed, Jandu Singha, Jalandhar. The focus of the visit was on the processing of Saag, a traditional Indian green. The students engaged with the Production Head, Mr. Vivek Kumar Nagpal, where they had the chance to delve into the intricacies of Saag processing, packaging, storing and marketing. Coordinated by AP MinalVerma and AP Ankush Sharma, the visit included a comprehensive tour of the production facility. Students actively participated, posing questions and gaining valuable insights into the Saag production process. This industrial visit proved to be a fruitful and enriching experience.
