Jalandhar December 8 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- According to the guidelines of a national program entitled ‘Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat’, the I-Social Club of PCM SD College for Women, Jalandhar organized a Group Discussion on the topic ‘Spiritual Treasures of Himachal Pradesh. Spirituality in Himachal Pradesh is deeply ingrained in its cultural and natural landscape. The region is adorned with numerous temples, monasteries, and sacred sites that attract pilgrims and seekers from far and wide.
The spiritual tapestry of Himachal Pradesh, emphasizing the importance of ancient temples like Hadimba Devi and Jwala Ji were discussed. The discussion touched upon the rituals, festivals, and spiritual practices that have been preserved through generations.Students posed thought-provoking questions and shared their perspectives as to to the need of spirituality in one’s life.
President Shri Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice-President Shri Vinod Dada, other members of the managing committee and Principal Prof.(Dr.) Pooja Prashar applauded the efforts of the club in conducting such an activity in the national interest.
