Jalandhar November 21 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Students of the NSS Wing of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar, took part with great enthusiasm in the Unity March (Padyatra) organized by the District Administration Jalandhar, to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabh bhai Patel.
Expressing her views on the occasion, Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra said that the institution consistently strives to keep the younger generation aware of their social responsibilities and civic duties. The active and spirited participation of the NSS volunteers in this march stands as a testament to these efforts.
She further appreciated the commendable initiatives of Dr. Simkee Dev, Dean of the NSS Wing, for motivating and guiding the students. Dr. Dhingra added that she hopes Dr. Dev will continue to inspire the students to engage wholeheartedly in various community-oriented activities in the future as well.
