Jalandhar February 17 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Applied Science department of Lyallpur Khalsa College Technical Campus organised the Picture Perception Discussion event for the students of B.Tech first year. With the aim to evaluate a participant’s ability to perceive and interpret visual information and his/her communication and decision-making skills, the event had two rounds. In the first round, the candidates were shown a picture and they were asked to frame and write a story on the basis of that picture from their perspective. The second round was question answer round for the participants who cleared the first round. Students participated with full zeal.
Khushi won the first position, Nitish got second position and third position was bagged by Pankita and Komal.
S. Sukhbir Singh Chatha (Director Academics Affairs, KCL Group) and Dr. R.S. Deol, Director LKCTC congratulated the winners and encouraged all the students to participate in such activities on a regular basis to enhance their sphere of knowledge and confidence. They also applauded the efforts taken by Dr Pawanpreet Kaur (HOD, AS Dept.), Ms. Reena Sharma (Event Coordinator) and the whole department for organising this wonderful event and encouraged them for future too.
