Jalandhar November 13 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- PCM S.D. Collegiate Senior Secondary School for Women, Jalandhar organized an Inter-Class Cooking Competition titled “Turning Young Hands into Master Chefs” for the students of Classes XI and XII.
Students from various streams participated with great enthusiasm and showcased their culinary creativity by preparing a delightful variety of dishes such as brookies, dahi bhalla, shrikhand, poha, cutlets, potato bites, pasta, and pav bhaji.
Among the talented participants, Kritika (Class XII) secured the first prize, followed by Tanu (Class XII) and Navdeep, who bagged the second and third prizes respectively. The consolation prize was awarded to Naaz (Class XII).
Each participant displayed remarkable creativity and aesthetic presentation in their culinary displays.
President Shri Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, other members of the managing committee, Principal Dr. Pooja Prashar and Mrs. Sushma Sharma, Incharge of the Collegiate Block, appreciated the sincere efforts and innovative presentations of all the students successfully and for organizing such a vibrant and skill-enhancing event.
Ms Daljit, Mrs. Monica, Mrs. Ruhi, Mrs. Neetu, and Mrs. Nitika were also present on there.
