Jalandhar April 10 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Lyallpur Khalsa College Technical Campus demonstrated its commitment to encourage unity and harmony by organizing a heartwarming Iftar for students, on 9th April 2024. The Student’s were invited for Roza Iftar, the evening meal that is meant to break fasting during Ramadan. The Iftar provides a platform for students to come together, exchange greetings and enjoy variety of delicious dishes, strengthening the family and community ties and promoting charity, solidarity and social exchange.
Dry Dates, fruits, juice were distributed to the students for opening their fast. Iftar dinner was organized and students enjoyed food after offering the Iftar and Ramadan prayers.
Dr. R.S. Deol, Director, LKCTC emphasized the Institution’s dedication in promoting inclusivity and facilitating cultural exchange within the students community. Sardar Sukhbir Singh Chatha, Director, Academic Affairs, KCL Group appreciated the efforts of the organizing committee for hosting such events, encouraging the students to embrace diversity and nurture harmony among themselves.
