Jalandhar December 12 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Innocent Hearts School took a remarkable stride toward future-ready learning by organising the second session of its Metaverse Activity across its campuses — Green Model Town, Loharan, Noorpur Road, and Kapurthala Road. The session was conducted for students of Classes III to VIII, offering them an immersive and technologically advanced learning experience.The programme was held in collaboration with Drishta Metaverse, Gurgaon, India’s leading VR learning company and a pioneer in immersive education.
Students of Grades III to V explored the theme “Discover the World: UNESCO Heritage Sites,” while learners from Grades VI to VIII engaged with the topic “Climate Change: Saving the Planet.” Through cutting-edge VR and AR simulations, students experienced a unique global virtual journey that brought classroom concepts vividly to life. The activity helped students understand the fundamentals of the Metaverse and its key components—Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Students participated with great enthusiasm, thoroughly enjoying the immersive environment. To reinforce their learning, informative handbooks were also provided to all participants. The Metaverse Activity concluded with resounding success, marking a significant milestone in integrating futuristic digital technology into mainstream education.
