Jalandhar August 18 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions successfully organized an engaging workshop titled “IDEA TO IMPACT – Turning Vision into Reality”, aimed at fostering entrepreneurial thinking and guiding students on how to transform innovative concepts into successful ventures. The session was conducted by Dr. Sachin Khullar, Mentor at STARTUP PUNJAB (Govt. of Punjab), Brain Science Coach, and Guinness Book of World Record Holder. Dr. Khullar shared practical insights on how ideas can evolve into thriving startups through structured planning, persistence, and a clear sense of direction.
He highlighted the “3 magic ingredients of unstoppable success – Play, Pitch, and Power Up”. The key points of the session included: generating ideas, defining vision and mission, conducting market research and validation, building a strong business plan, and overcoming challenges with resilience. Dr. Khullar also shared real-life examples of startups that turned vision into reality and case studies of entrepreneurs who overcame obstacles to achieve remarkable success.
