Jalandhar April 24 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- In a significant step towards strengthening its vision of making affordable public-funded education truly job-oriented, Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, through its Career Counseling & Placement Cell, successfully organized the LKC Placement Drive 2026 on April 22 and April 23, 2026.The venue for the drive was the Department of Computer and IT, which served as a vibrant hub of interaction between aspiring students and leading recruiters. The two-day event witnessed an overwhelming and enthusiastic response from both students and participating companies.
Reputed organizations from diverse sectors including Banking, Automobile, Insurance, IT, Software Development, and Multimedia participated in the drive with a strong intent to recruit talented students from the institution. The students, on their part, displayed remarkable professionalism, confidence, and preparedness throughout the selection process. The encouraging outcomes of the placement drive reflect the quality of education and skill development imparted at the college. Several offer letters have already been received, while many more are expected to follow shortly. The results will soon be formally communicated to the selected candidates.

He also thanked the Departments of Commerce and Business Management and of Computer Science and IT. He made a special mention of the Multimedia team and the volunteers of the Cell.
