Jalandhar April 29 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- A Farewell Party “Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna” was organized for the Resident Scholars of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya under the guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. Hostel Coordinator Dr. Meenu Talwar welcomed Principal Dr. Sareen and all the Deans with planter. The Resident Scholars presented various cultural programmes like Bhangra, Dogri, Dance, Bhojpur Dance and Modelling. Principal, Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen gave blessings to the students and said that hostel life is unforgettable.
It gives us strong relations which losts for lifetime. She gave her best wishes to all the students for their future endeavours and said that HMV is like their parental house. They can come to HMV at any time without any hesitation. Kiranbir Kaur (BA Sem 6) Was adjudged as Ms. Farewell, Ms. Shreya Rana, M.Sc. Botany Sem 4 became Ist Runner up and Ms. Shivali, B.Com (Hons) Sem 6 was given the title of 2nd Runners up. The judges were Mrs. Kuljit Kaur, Mrs. Savita Mahendru and Mrs. Protima Mander.
The students were honoured with trophies by Principal Dr. Sareen. On this occasion, Dean Youth Welfare Mrs. Navroop, Dean Academics Dr. Seema Marwaha, Dr. Shallu Batra, Dr. Sangeeta Arora, Dr. Veena Arora, Mrs. Binoo Gupta, Dr. Anjana Bhatia, Dr. Rama Sharma, Dr. Shaveta Chauhan, Superintendents Mr. Lakhwinder, Mr. Pankaj Jyoti, Mr. Ravi Maini were also present.
