Jalandhar April 12 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Samairaa Chetal, Harshita Sharma, and Disha Sharma, students of B.Voc. E-Commerce (2nd Semester) at Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar, won first place in a Business Plan competition organized by Lyallpur Khalsa College Technical Campus.
Out of 19 participating teams, the Apeejayites stood out with their innovative concept, “Monova – Stylist in Your Pocket.” The business plan demonstrated how artificial intelligence can enhance wardrobe efficiency, modernize shopping experiences, and help individuals present themselves in line with current fashion trends. It also highlighted how existing wardrobe pieces can be styled creatively for various occasions. The plan has promising potential to develop into a user-friendly and impactful fashion-tech app.
Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra congratulated the students on their outstanding achievement, stating, “Such creativity and vision reflect the spirit of innovation that Apeejay nurtures. I am immensely proud of our students for their forward-thinking approach and commendable teamwork.” She also applauded the dedicated mentorship of Ms. Garima Arora, Department of Commerce and Management, for her pivotal guidance in shaping the students’ success.
