Jalandhar December 12 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar that offers multidisciplinary and professional actively participated in SPARK (sports and career awareness festival) organized by the district administration, Jalandhar for the students studying from class 10th to 12th. The purpose of this fair organized annually is to provide guidance to the students so that they can choose the right path by choosing the right field.

Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra expressing her views on this subject said,” The college is participating in the Spark fair for the eighth time. We feel that the time from class 10th to 12th is very crucial for the students for the decisions taken at the time time impacts the entire outcome of life. So often they find themselves in a dilemma.”

Under the direction of Dr. Supreet Talwar and Dr. Monica Arora, the college is set up a stall in which they provided training to the students of Performing Arts and Social Sciences, Commerce and Management, Computer Science and Information Technology, Design and Visual Arts, Physiotherapy.

Also, the students were made aware of the intricacies of various courses like Data Science, E-Commerce & Digital Marketing, Sound Technology, Beauty Culture & Cosmetology, Healthcare Management, Theater & TV Production, E-Commerce etc. The students were also made aware regarding placement opportunities available in different fields which helps earn their livelihood.
