Dr. Sumit Singh ‘Padam’ of PG Department of Music Instrumental of ACFA participated in Music conference organized by Sur Sadhna Sangeet Academy, Pathankot. During this conference, he enthralled the audience with his melodious presentation of Raga Shuddha Sarang and Raga Basant on Sitar.
