Jalandhar May 27 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The PG Department of Computer Science and IT, in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of PCM SD College for Women, Jalandhar, successfully organized a guest lecture entitled “Navigating the Future of Work: Mastering In-Demand IT Skills.”

The session was led by Mr. Mukesh, Principal Group Software Engineering Manager, Microsoft India (R&D) Pvt. Ltd., a distinguished expert in the field of cutting-edge software technologies.

The objective of the lecture was to explore how evolving technologies, shifting workforce expectations, and emerging global trends are redefining the world of work. Mr. Mukesh provided valuable insights into the essential IT skills needed to remain competitive and adaptable in the rapidly changing digital landscape. He also highlighted practical strategies that individuals and organizations can adopt to thrive in the future of employment.

The lecture witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty alike, who benefited from Mr. Mukesh’s expertise and real-world perspectives.

The event was conducted under the guidance of Dean Dr. Lovely Sharma and coordinated successfully by Mrs. Sapna Thakur and Mrs. Gaganpreet Kaur.
