Jalandhar October 5 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Innocent Hearts College of Education commenced the B.Ed. session (2026–2028) by welcoming the new students with positive and serene vibes, followed by the prayer ceremony seeking the blessings of the Almighty. Principal Dr. Arjinder Singh addressed the newcomers by welcoming them and briefing them about the college governing body, the meritorious history of the college, and the various cells and committees run by the college. He introduced the faculty members to the newly admitted students and also discussed the scheme of study for the B.Ed. training programme.
Assistant Professor Ms. Tarunjyoti Kaur informed the students about college etiquette, which included keeping the institution ragging-free, plastic-free, pollution-free, harassment-free, and litter-free. The student-teachers were encouraged to actively participate in co-curricular activities, the Red Ribbon Club, and NSS activities organised by the college every year during the B.Ed. course. This was followed by familiarising the newcomers with the college infrastructure, GNDU rules and regulations, and the curriculum of the two-year B.Ed. programme. In the end, all the student-teachers introduced themselves.
Executive Director (Colleges) Mrs. Aradhana Bowry and all the faculty members encouraged them to pursue their goals with full dedication and commitment.
