Jalandhar March 18 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The Department of Political Science of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organized an Inter-Class Poster Making Competition for the students of B.A. and B.A. B.Ed. Fourth Semester on the theme “National and Regional Political Parties and Their Election Symbols.”
A large number of students participated in the competition with great enthusiasm and creativity. Through their posters, the students beautifully illustrated the importance of national and regional political parties in Indian democracy and highlighted various election symbols associated with them. The posters reflected the students’ awareness and understanding of India’s political system and electoral process.
In the competition, Shilpa secured the First Position, Rajni and Chandani jointly secured the Second Position, while Sneha secured the Third Position.
The competition aimed to enhance students’ knowledge about political parties and to encourage creative expression through art.
President Shri Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, the other esteemed members of the Managing Committee and the worthy Principal Dr. Pooja Prashar appreciated the efforts of the Department of Political Science for successfully organizing the event.
