Jalandhar March 3 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The tiny tots of Innocent Hearts – The Pre-Primary School (Green Model Town, Loharan, Cantt.-Jandiala Road, Noorpur Road, and Kapurthala Road) along with the student-teachers of Innocent Hearts College of Education celebrated Organic Holi with great zeal and enthusiasm. At the Pre-Primary School, the young learners enjoyed Holi in an eco-friendly manner using flowers and colourful paper. Dressed in white attire, the little children happily played Tilak Holi and Paper Holi with their teachers. The festival of happiness and brotherhood was filled with cheerful smiles, laughter, and the exchange of warm Holi greetings.
Meanwhile, the student-teachers of Innocent Hearts College of Education celebrated the vibrant festival under the spirit of the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat programme, spreading the message that Holi symbolizes love, unity, and togetherness. A “Natural Eco-Friendly Colour-Making Competition” was organized, where students creatively prepared beautiful colours using flowers and vegetables. The wonderful display of natural pigments highlighted their innovation and commitment to environmental responsibility.
The celebration concluded with student-teachers enjoying Holi with flowers and organic colours, reinforcing the values of harmony, unity, and eco-conscious living.
