Jalandhar February 10 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- R. Venkataraman Chemical Society of Chemistry Department of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar initiated an activity “Element Spotlight” under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ekta Khosla. Under the initiative, each day, one chemical element from periodic table is introduced, highlighting its symbol, properties, natural occurrence and real life applications. The activity is organized to enhance scientific curiosity and awareness about periodic table among students.
Students have actively and enthusiastically participated to prepare and present posters for chemical elements. Mrs. Deepshikha, HOD, planned the activity and motivated the students to participate. Principal, Dr. (Mrs.) Ekta Khosla appreciated the students for their active participation and enthusiasm. On the occasion, Dr. Vandna Thakur, Dr. Smriti Vaid, Ms. Tanisha and Ms. Hemlata were present and co-ordinate the activity.
