Jalandhar August 25 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town, hosted a vibrant Market Day for the students of Grades XI and XII, turning the campus into a lively hub of ideas, artistry, and enterprise. The event provided a platform for students to display their creative skills and entrepreneurial spirit through innovative stalls and engaging exhibits. The inauguration was carried out by Principal Mr. Rajeev Paliwal and Mrs. Harleen Gulria Deputy Director Primary and Middle Wing, who applauded the initiative and motivated students to embrace experiential learning.
The special guest was Dr. Sachin Khullar — President of the World Memory Sports Council (UK), North India Branch; an esteemed Adjudicator for both the Asia Book and the India Book of Records; and Chair of the Punjab Chapter of the AIMA Young Leaders Council, New Delhi — who praised the students’ efforts and encouraged them to keep exploring their potential. Students of Grades X, XI, and XII enthusiastically visited the stalls and placed their orders, making the marketplace lively and interactive.

The variety was impressive: handmade scented candles, resin art key chains, pendants, pen holders and pouches reflected students’ craftsmanship, while the mothers’ stall of crochet key chains, pouches, clutches, and flowers captured special admiration for its finesse. Dip Drizzle Delight and Love at First Bite, a bakery stall serving cheesecakes, brownies, and churros, became a favorite among food lovers. Adding further color and charm to the exhibition were uniquely themed stalls such as Gaming Galore, Lumiana Essence, Step In Relax Out, Memories Stay Forever, and Artisans Alley, each reflecting originality and innovation.
The Market Day was organised under the supervision of Mrs Ambika Pasrija( HOD English and Activity Incharge). More than an exhibition, Market Day stood as a celebration of innovation and experiential learning, reflecting Innocent Hearts’ commitment to holistic education.Dr Anup Bowry, chairman, Innocent Hearts congratulated the participants for the success of the event and encouraged them to continue their journey of creativity and innovation.
