Outstanding performance of Innocent Hearts students in Table Tennis, Karate and Punjab State School Chess Championship

Jalandhar January 9 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The students of Innocent Hearts have won the state-level table tennis and Punjab State School Level Championship organized by the Punjab State Organization in Hoshiarpur by performing brilliantly and have made the school proud. It is a matter of great joy that the students have secured their place to play at the national level. Chess competition will be organized in Bihar in February and table tennis competition has been organized in Indore. Sakshi Gupta of Green Model Town Branch won the U-13 girls category and secured her place to play at the national level.

Tanveer Kaur Khinda from Innocent Hearts Nurpur won the U-9 girls category and was selected for the national level. Kushagra Gupta of Innocent Hearts Cantt. -Jandiala Road secured third position in the Under-17 Boys category along with Riddhi Sharma of Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town secured third position in the Under-14 Girls category in the School Game Federation of India Table Tennis Championship and was selected to play at the national level. Students of Innocent Hearts School, Loharan have brought laurels to the school by winning silver medals while Abhijeet Singh, Sukhraj Singh and JiyaJuneja won bronze medals in the JAC South Asian Karate Championship which was held in New Delhi.

On this occasion, Deputy Director Sports Mr. Rajeev Paliwal congratulated the students and their parents on their victory and wished them all the best to win at the National Level also.
