Jalandhar December 19 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The students of multifaceted Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar added another feather in the shinig cap of ACFA. The students of Department of Fashion & Textiles (7th Semester) – Pragati, Tarandeep Kaur, Aadya Kalra and Kashvi Monga successfully completed a two-week project of designing stylish costumes for Bollywood rapper and singer Badshah’s ‘Morni’ video. This musical video was shot in Jodhpur.
These students did this styling under the guidance of Celebrity Costume Stylist Priyana Thapar, who is also an alumnus of Apeejay College.
Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra congratulated the students for getting well sought project for it gives them the required exposure and prepares them for future. She added while doing such projects, students tend to show their originality and creativity and they also understand the possibilities of costume stylists in the world of entertainment.
She also acknowledged the efforts of Ms. Rajni Gupta, Head, Department of Fashion and Textile and Mr. Rajesh Kalsi for guiding the students and encouraged them to keep up with the good work.
