PCM SD Collegiate Senior Secondary School

Jalandhar December 3 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- PCM SD Collegiate Senior Secondary School for Women, Jalandhar organized a Mental Health Camp under the Adolescence and Psychiatry Cell for the students of Class XI and XII of all streams.

During the activity, the stress levels of students were assessed using the Perceived Stress Scale, a psychological tool that helps understand how individuals interpret and respond to events in their lives.

A total of 35 students participated in the camp, and the questionnaire was administered under the guidance of faculty from the Department of Psychology.

After the assessment, students were provided with guidance on effective stress-management strategies and various coping techniques to support their emotional well-being. Mrs. Monika Sharma and Ms. Charul Mehta was also present during the activity.

President Shri Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, other members of the managing committee and Principal Dr Pooja Prashar appreciated the efforts of School Incharge Mrs Sushma Sharma and Department of Psychology for organising such activity that addressed the mental well being of students.
