Jalandhar January 8 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Under the able guidance of Associate NCC Officer Captain Priya Mahajan, NCC unit of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar collaborated with Manav Sahyog Society in organizing a transformative educational workshop. This initiative brought together forty dedicated NCC cadets and B.A.B.Ed students for a 7-day workshop in Saaksharta schools running under aegis of Manav Sehyog Society at Mool Raj Sewa Sansthan Ashram on Ladowali Road, Preet Nagar, and Gandhi Camp in Gopal Nagar.
The workshop focused on imparting essential life skills to underprivileged children attending Saaksharta schools in the evening. President Shri Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, the other honorable members of the managing committee and the worthy Principal Prof. (Dr.) Pooja Prashar expressed their commitment, stating that this collaboration would enrich the lives of underprivileged children and provide the college students with a meaningful and transformative learning.
Mrs. Ramanjit Talwar, Mrs. Sonia Sharma and Mrs. Jaswinder Kaur also actively participated in the workshop.
