Jalandhar June 3 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- P.G. Department of Economics of PCM. S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar holds National Webinar on “Empowering Entrepreneurs: Navigating the Path to Success in India”.
Dr. Pooja Chaudhary, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education was the resource person for the webinar.
She started with an impressive introduction of the concept and explained the importance of entrepreneurship in driving economic growth. She underlined the key Entrepreneurial Skills such as Creativity and Innovation, Risk-taking, Decision-making, Leadership and Management, Adaptability and Resilience needed for young entrepreneurs. Some important topics related to entrepreneurship such as Women Entrepreneurs, Leveraging Technology and Digital Platforms and Entrepreneurial Landscape in India were also explained.
In the end, Mrs. Divya Budhia Gupta, Head, P. G. Department of Economics, extended vote of thanks to the resource person and the participants. Around fifty participants, comprising students and faculty members of various institutions attended the webinar.
