Jalandhar April 3 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Rajeshwari Kala Sangam and Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar, are celebrating their Golden Jubilee with great pomp and show. At the same time, the 6th Rajeshwari Kala Mahotsav is being made even more memorable and delightful with the presence of artists who excel in various art forms. On this momentous and historic occasion, in the presence of eminent guests, esteemed Madam Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlia (Chairman, Apeejay Education; Chairman, Apeejay Stya and Svran Group; Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University) dedicated the Rajeshwari Stya Auditorium to her worthy parents—Founder Chairman Dr. Stya Paul Ji and his muse and inspiration, Mrs. Rajeshwari Paul Ji.
Dr. Stya Paul Ji was always an art lover
Madam Berlia said, “Dr. Stya Paul Ji was always an art lover, and he aspired to make art accessible to the masses. It was actually his foresight and vision that led to Apeejay College of Fine Arts being known today as the ‘Cradle of Art and Creativity,’ where many art forms are taught and passed on to the generation of students.”
Regarding the newly renovated Rajeshwari Stya Auditorium, Madam Berlia stated that it has been built and upgraded according to international standards, with the latest equipment installed. She expressed confidence that student-artists would find inspiration here and that it would give new wings to their creativity and perceptions.
