Jalandhar February 27 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- LKCTC School of Management NSS and Social Sensitization committees organized a Poster making Competition at Cantt Board School for Boys- Jalandhar Cantt for the students to commemorate World NGO Day. Theme for the Poster Making Competition was “Together for Impact, Innovate for Change and For a Just and Sustainable World” Students enthusiastically participated in a poster-making competition held on the occasion of World NGO Day.
NGO Day provides a platform to raise awareness about the critical role NGOs play in addressing various social, environmental, and humanitarian issues globally. Dr. Rupinder (AP, School of Management) and Ms Anterpreet Kaur (AP, School of Management) coordinated the event.
Sardar Sukhbir Singh Chatha (Director, Academic Affairs) highlighted that It’s a day to celebrate their efforts in making positive changes in society and addressing various social issues.
Dr R.S Deol ((Director, LKCTC)) congratulated and appreciated the team of School of Management for working tirelessly to address the most pressing social and environmental issues of our time by highlighting the achievements and inspiring individuals and organizations to act and get involved in philanthropic and humanitarian efforts.
Dr. Inderpal Singh (Dean, School of Management) emphasized that such celebrations encourage collaboration and partnership among NGOs, governments, businesses, and communities to work together towards common goals, fostering a spirit of cooperation and unity.
