Jalandhar February 7 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Training and Placement Committee of School of Management and Institution Innovation Council at Lyallpur Khalsa College Technical Campus organized a CEO talk on Passion, Purpose and Growth-How to settle Career and achieve goals.
The resource person for the same was Mr. Shalya Gupta, CEO, PHF Leasing accompanied by Dr. Wishey Kataria, MIS manager, PHF Leasing. He discussed the importance of What, How and Why of Life Goals with the audience. Then he motivated the students to do their Goal setting. He said the goals should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time Bound).
He also elaborated the importance of Skills in life for achieving success. To name a few Communication skills, analytical and research skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Time Management, Self Confidence, Public Speaking, Creativity, Ethics and Integrity etc. are the skills to be imbibed in life.
He also assured future Internship and Placement opportunities in companies of repute for our students.
