More than 160 participants from 11 Colleges & Universities of Punjab participate in the Fest

Jalandhar February 21 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) has been constantly working for the overall development of their students. With this objective, PG Department of Computer Science and Applications organised Inter College Fest titled IT Euphoria KITE-2024. This fest consisted of eight events that witnessed a huge participation from the students from various universities and colleges. There was an overwhelming response witnessing more than 160 participants from 11 universities and colleges from Punjab. Eight events were organised during the fest namely Quiz, Deck Show, Ode to Code, Ad-Mad Show, Digital Painting, Logo Designing, Group Dance&Fancy Dress.
The chief guest for the event was Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi. Addressing the gathering, she averred that KMV is an exemplary institution that is providing best quality education to its students. She also inspired students to follow their dreams and to work hard with full dedication. She further maintained that such events provide a good platform to the students to display their creativity and talent besides getting practical exposure as KMV from time to time keeps on organising such competitions in order to instil a spirit of healthy competition in the students.

The Second event was Ode to Code followed by Quiz, Logo Designing, Digital Painting, Fancy Dress and Ad-Mad Show followed by the last event of the day Group Dance.The vivacious performers set the floor on fire with their energetic performances and this was a reflection of their passion and hard work. Students from different universities and colleges participated in all these competition with full zeal and enthusiasm. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Dr. Suman Khurana, Head, PG Department of Computer Applications and all the other team members for their efficient team work and the flawless coordination of events.
