Jalandhar May 5 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) regularly organises various events that provide students with recreation along with appropriate knowledge. As part of this series, PG Department of Journalism and Mass Communication organised an educational trip to Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh, for students. Approximately 40 undergraduate and postgraduate students participated in this trip with great enthusiasm.
During the trip, students visited many famous places in Kasauli such as Christ Church, Mall Road, etc., and creatively captured the natural beauty, colourful local markets adorned with various items, and daily life activities of Kasauli in their cameras.
Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi lauded the efforts made by the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication for the successful organisation of this trip. She averred hat excursions like these not only provide recreation to the students but also serve as an appropriate platform to acquire information about the significance and popularity of various places, and after such an enjoyable break, students return to their classes with renewed energy.
