Jalandhar November 30 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Department of Design of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya organised a value added course in interior designing in odd semester. Duration of the course was 30 hours. Students from various streams joined the course and learnt the art of interior designing. This course booms the creativity of students and allows them to transform empty spaces into beautiful spaces. Students learnt the Basics of interior Design, various materials of interiors, basics of AutoCAD software and product designing skills during the course.
Students created beautiful designer Recycled Products using old college furniture. The main focus of the course is innovation, creativity and environment friendly spaces and designs. Students learnt Aesthetics and utility through traditional and contemporary concepts. Market Survey was also conducted during the course in order to provide brief knowledge of field. Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated Mrs. Binoo Gupta, Coordinator of HMV Learning Hub and Dr. Rakhi Mehta, Incharge of the course for successfully completion of the course.
