Jalandhar April 9 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Harpratap Singh, a dedicated NSS volunteer and student of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar, proudly represented Punjab at the North East Youth Festival held in Gangtok, Sikkim.
The festival witnessed the participation of around 700 students from across the country. Harpratap brought laurels to the state by winning a trophy for his vibrant Bhangra performance. He also actively took part in the NSS volunteers’ parade, showcasing discipline and unity.

Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra congratulated Harpratap on his outstanding achievement, saying, “It is heartening to see our students serve as cultural ambassadors. Harpratap’s contribution not only reflects his talent but also upholds the vibrant and spirited heritage of Punjab. Our state’s rich traditions of dance, music, and community pride live on through such young torchbearers.” She also appreciated the efforts of Dr. Simki Dev, Dean, NSS Wing, for her dedicated guidance and encouragement.
