Jalandhar January 24 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The department of Applied Science in collaboration with Training & Placement cell of LKCTC organized a guest lecture on “Right use of internet” for the students of B.Tech first year.
The expert of the day was Mr. Hemant an entrepreneur from Grow up Ten Ad Tech Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Hemant discussed various facts related to internet usage that how it can be used for job perspectives and learning new things related to the one’s interest and course. Rather than wasting time on gaming and all, students can opt for various online jobs and learning experiences.
At the end vote of thanks was given by Dr. Pawanpreet Kaur (HOD, AS). She appreciated the speaker and thanks for guiding the students in a right way for their better future.
S. Sukhbir Singh Chatha (Director Academic Affairs-KCL Group) and Dr. R. S. Deol (Director-LKCTC) appreciated the efforts of the coordinator Ms. Manisha (AP AS) and the whole department for organizing such event to bridge the gap between industry and academia which are source to success for the students in coming future.
