Jalandhar January 1 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The Economics Association of PCM SD organized Investiture Ceremony. This ceremony was held in the Principal’s office, in which fourteen students were adorned with badges representing various acclaimed offices. Principal Prof. (Dr.) Pooja Prashar pinned the badges to the attires of highly zealous students.
Arpanjot Kaur of MBEIT Semester III was appointed as the President of the Association and Deepu Rana of B.A.B.Ed Semester V was appointed as the Vice-President.
In this Investiture Ceremony Pooja of MBEIT Semester I was appointed as the Secretary and Yukta Bisht of B.A.B.Ed Semester V was made the Joint Secretary.
In addition, Divya Arora of B.Sc Economics) Semester V was was appointed as the Treasurer and Yashika of B.Sc (Economics) Semester V was appointed as the Student Editor.
Eight students were appointed as the Executive Members of the Association
Apart from these ranks, eight students were appointed as the Executive Members of the Association. This ceremony has a far reaching impact in inculcating a sense of responsibility and belongingness among the students.
President Shri Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, other members of the managing committee and Principal congratulated the students on their acquiring new roles and motivated them to perform duties attached with these offices to the best of their abilities.
