Jalandhar March 11 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- To boost the self-confidence and improve communication skills of students, department of IT of Lyallpur Khalsa College Technical Campus organized Mock Interview Session for the students of BCA & MCA. The session was conducted by is Ms. Madhvi Dhall (Founder & Managing Director, Premier Webtech) and Ms. Neelu Sharma (Manager, Premier Webtech).
Ms. Madhvi focused on the technical skills of students. Ms. Neelu enligneted the students with life skills questions to teach candidates job-specific skills in a limited time frame. She stated that before interview student must researching about the company, practise answers to common questions, and getting used to talking about achievements which demonstrate how they meet the job selection criteria.
The session was well organized by Ms. Preeti Sidana (Assistant Prof., Dept. of IT). This session prepared students for potential questions and thoughtful responses that align with their competencies and qualifications.

Dr. R.S Deol (Director, LKCTC) stated that Mock Interview helps the students to get prepare for real interviews by showcasing their skills and problem solving abilities. Every Students should participate in such sessions to get useful feedback and familiarize themselves with interview dynamics.
