Jalandhar January 16 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- When it comes to quality education and holistic development of students, Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar provides multifarious opportunities to its students in order to polish and hone their skills and unleash their potential.
The College magazine titled – Kala Saurabh is one of such platforms offered by the college for students to invoke and challenge their intellectual and writing skills. The magazine invites array of articles, poetical compositions, Book Reviews, Short stories, Art works etc. from students to publish it.
On the occasion of Inauguration of 50 year Golden Jubilee Celebrations, this magazine – Kala Saurabh was released by Dr. Neerja Dhingra (Principal, ACFA), Dr. Sucharita (Director, Apeejay Education, Jalandhar), Dr. Rajesh Bagga (Director, Apeejay Institute of Management and Technical Campus), Dr. Navjot Deol (Chief Editor), Ms. Jaspreet Kaur (Assistant Editor), Dr. Anjana (Editor, Hindi Section), Ms. Lovepreet Kaur (Editor,Punjabi Section), Ms. Amandeep (Editor, Arts Section).

Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra expressing her happiness at the release of College magazine shared with the audience that the college is thriving and soaring high taking inspiration from our Founder Chairman Dr. Stya Paul Ji and the expert leadership and guidance of our Madam Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlia (President, Apeejay Stya & Svran Group; Chairperson, Apeejay Education, Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University). She added, the magazine has been divided into 4 sections i.e. English, Hindi, Punjabi and Art. The Language sections consist of literary works as poems, stories, memoirs and articles whereas Arts section showcases students’ work with acrylic, charcoal, pencil, photography, oil on canvas.
Dr. Dhingra congratulated the entire team of Kala Saurabh magazine and Student Editors – Ms. Vibhuti Sharma (Arts Section), Ms. Mannat Wadhwa (Hindi Section), Ms. Shobhana Agarwal (English Section), Germanjit Singh (Punjabi Section) and Ms. Jasmeet Kaur (Designer, Cover page of the magazine) for their efforts and successful publication of the magazine.
