Jalandhar September 12 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar is known for its quality education and it leaves no stones unturned to achieve this goal.

The IT Forum of PG Department of Computer Science organized Fun and Management Games for its students in which the students participated with great enthusiasm and excitement.

Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra expressing her views on this subject, said that our aim is not to limit the children to class teaching but to encourage them to participate in other activities too, so that their personality can develop multifacetedly and their confidence increases. She added all the departments of our college organize cultural activities so that students participate in them and develop their personality.

In the fun and management games – Fastest Thought, Bursting the Balloons, Caterpillar Race, Tie Your Eyes Race and Musical Chairs were organised.

The prizes were awarded to the students participating in these games. In ‘Fastest Thought’, Srishati Gupta and Sushobhan Behal won the first prize, Kawalnoor Kaur and Harshdeep Kaur won the second prize.

In ‘Bursting Balloons’, Mrigan Passi got first prize and Shivam Dua got second prize amongst boys, Srishati Gupta got first and Asees Kaur got second prize amongst girls.

In the ‘Caterpillar Race’ amongst boys, Sushobhan Behal, Shivam Dua and Madhu Sudan won the first prize and Purav, Sukhwinder Singh and Vishal won the second prize; Amongst girls, Akshita, Tanya Anand, Subnoor got first prize, Akshita, Kawalanoor Kaur and Harshdeep Kaur got second prize.

In ‘Tie Your Eye Race’ amongst boys, Purav and Sukhwinder Singh got first prize and Shivam Dua and Simarjeet Singh got second prize, while amongst girls Kawalnoor Kaur and Harshdeep Kaur got first prize, Yuvika and Akshita got second prize.

In the ‘Musical Chair’, Harkaran Singh won the first prize and Zorawar Singh won the second prize amongst boys and amongst girls, Tanya stood first and Krishma stood second.

Dr. Dhingra congratulated the winner students and gave them certificates and admired all the faculty members of Department of Computer Science and IT Forum.
