Mental health is not a luxury; it is a necessity and Institutions of higher learning must create safe, empathetic spaces where students feel heard, supported, and empowered. Through initiatives like Psych Fiesta, we aim to normalise conversations around mental health and nurture emotionally strong and socially responsible individuals.”
