Jalandhar August 23 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar, inaugurated its much-awaited Talent Carnival 2025 with great zeal and enthusiasm. The first day of this vibrant festival was marked by an array of non-stage competitions that brought forth the creativity, intellect, and artistic expression of the students.
Students from the first year of all departments showcased their talent in diverse events such as On-the-spot painting, photography, clay modelling, rangoli, declamation, and poetry recitation. Each competition reflected the students’ imagination, innovative ideas, and artistic finesse, setting an inspiring tone for the days to follow.
Dr. Neerja Dhingra expressed her delight at the overwhelming participation of the students and remarked, “Talent Carnival is not just a platform for showcasing talent but also for discovering the hidden potential of our students. It is heartening to see our young entrants participate with such confidence and creativity. These activities not only polish their skills but also nurture in them qualities of expression, teamwork, and discipline that will help them grow in every walk of life.”
The campus echoed with excitement and joy as students took part in their respective competitions, making Talent Carnival 2025 a memorable event.
The distinguished panel of judges included Dr. Amita Mishra, Dr. Vivek Verma, and Dr. Sumit Singh for Singing; Dr. Amita Mishra, Dr. Vivek Verma, Dr. Sumit Singh, and Ms. Sweety Sidana for Instrumental Music; Dr. Santosh Vyas, Ms. Sweety, and Mr. Willy Sidana for Dance; and Mr. Kranti Pal and Mr. Amandeep Singh for Theatre. Competitions in Literary, Fine Arts, and Home Science were adjudicated by the expert faculty members of the college.
The event was anchored with excellence by Ms. Anuradha, Ms. Chetna, and Ms. ParidhiTuli, whose dynamic stage presence added to the success of the program.
