PCM S.D. College for Women Reaffirms Commitment to a Drug-Free India through Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat Pledge

Jalandhar August 3 (Jaswinder Singh Azad)- The Buddy Program and NSS Unit of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organized an Online and Offline Mass Pledge under the “Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat” campaign, an initiative of Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat), Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, to strengthen the nationwide Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.

Students, faculty members and non-teaching staff enthusiastically participated in the pledge, expressing their firm resolve to lead a drug-free life and contribute towards building a healthy, progressive, and developed India.

The campaign aimed to create awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse and inspire young people to become responsible citizens by promoting a culture of health, discipline, and social responsibility.

Participants received the Certificate

As a mark of their participation and commitment, the participants received the Certificate of Recognition issued by MY Bharat for successfully taking the Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat online pledge and supporting the national mission of a drug-free India.

President Shri Naresh Budhia, Senior Vice President Shri Vinod Dada, the other esteemed members of the Managing Committee, and the worthy Principal Dr. Pooja Prashar appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the college fraternity. They commended the efforts of the Buddy Program and NSS Unit for successfully organizing the campaign and motivating students to become ambassadors of a drug-free society while contributing towards the vision of Viksit Bharat.
